While I make my rice in the instant pot and I just pan fry some chicken up usually, you can add whatever carbs and protein you want (and any other add-ons, carrots and scallions are really good in this)
The Broth:
4 cups (one package) chicken stock + around a tablespoon of garlic powder and 1/2 tablespoon ginger
2 eggs + 1 tbsp water, beaten
1/4 cup water + 2 tbsp cornstarch, slurried
S&P to taste, less pepper than you think
Boil stock and spices, add slurry
Turn to low or take off heat, when no bubbles, gently drizzle egg mix
Add S&P as needed
